How does it work? 

• You need to remove the head unit, pack it properly into 12x12x6. VERY IMPORTANT! Please use Styrofoam pieces to protect your unit from shipping damage. PAY ATTENTION TO PROTECT REAR OF THE UNIT TO AVOID CONNECTORS DAMAGE (HAPPENS OFTEN IF PACKED POORLY). • Include contact info note with your name, email, phone number, vin of the car. Please attach it directly to the unit with clear tape like this.
• We will test the unit, confirm it needs repair, open it and repair main board with new parts. We will also do the coding and programming on our end so you won’t need to visit a dealer.
• You can prepay or we can contact you after repair is done, you make a payment and we will ship the unit back to you.
