  • You need to remove the head unit, pack it properly into 14x14x14 box. Unit must stay tight inside! . Insure it for at least 2000$. Please use Styrofoam pieces to protect your unit from shipping damage,
  • Include contact info note with your name, phone number, email, vin of the car. Please attach/tape it directly to the head unit with clear tape.
  • We will test the unit, confirm it needs repair, open it and repair main board with new parts. We will also do the coding and programming on our end so you won’t need to visit a dealer.
  • You can prepay or we can contact you after repair is done, you make a payment and we will ship the unit back to you. It should be plug and play, in a few cases you’ll have to reset stations presets and setup new ones.
