Hi. I have 2003 e65 logig7, and both right side door speakers (front and rear door) are buzzing at bass frequency. Sounds like dustcaps are partially loose. What could couse this? Everything else is working fine.
No difference if it is CD or radio.

Hi, I have a 2011 M3 with Individual Audio. There was a leak left rear stop light and the amp was under water. The usual reported strange sounds from the speakers then nothing. I have done some diagnosis and think that the amp is working but just not producing sound. If I remove power or the fiber optic cable from the amp the head unit says no chimes. Everything else works fine, phone, DVD, SAT radio etc. just no sound. Does it sound like the amp needs replacement or repair? Do you repair the Individual Amp, if so how much?

Hi. I have a 2006 BMW 330xi. The display is going haywire. It goes black, sometimes puts up those weird screens ya see on old tube TV having tests…black line colored line, black line, etc etc. Sometimes the nav, radio and menu come back up. Most times not.
Can that be fixed? If so, what will it run me?
    Thank you!

I have a 2009 BMW 135i. I have read a lot on your website but I wanted to make sure my situation fits your failure description.
My navigation restarts very often in the first 15-20 of driving then it works fine after that. So it’s not a constant restart just during the first 15-20 minutes.
Do you see many of those situations that can be repaired?
Also, your website talks a lot about CCC repair but very little about CIC. I believe I have a CIC since I only have one CD/DVD slot. Does my failure mode fit the CIC failure description?
How much would it be to fix if you can?
    Thank you,

How much and what is the turn around time for a 2014 Audi Q7 MMI hard Drive repair. My radio works, but my Navigation and Media says initializing, and you can hear a tick tick tick sound.

    Thank you!
