    Recently purchased a 2011 Z4 (E89) sDrive 3.0 w/o iDrive.

    1. The speakers behind the driver and passenger seat are thumping like a constant heartbeat from the moment I get into the car until I leave. Same volume all the time, whether stereo is on or off. Sometimes no sound comes from the stereo (AM, FM, AUX, etc), other than the constant thumping, but the display on the stereo works fine.

    2. The window sticker says the car has BMW Assist w/ Bluetooth, but there is no phone option appearing in the Menu on the stereo.

    3. SOS light is on.

    Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    I have a 2005 645ci. The ccc unit is blinking on and off. It works some time, but the majority of the time it isn’t. Can you fix it and if so could you give me a ball park figure of the cost to repair and for any upgrades

    Hi,i just get a 2010 528i the car had problems with the alternator and battery both were replaced and most of the electric problems are gone now however the CIC unit is not working I don’t get any image or sound from the unit. I just hear the fan running after i turn off the car.is possible the CIC unit is damaged ?if yes how much does it cost me repair it?

      yes cic unit has failed, on top of that its draining your battery. 590$ CIC REPAIR PRICE, very complex unit, might take a week to fix it

    Have a 2007 750li only front door speaker working others crack or pop. Can you repair and cost. Also satellite radio function says acquiring but nothing plays only regular radio

    Hi, wanted to see If you did CCC repair on 2007 BMW X5 3.0. Screen constantly reboots. Try to get my wife truck up and running with the kids and if one thing gets fix another fails on this truck.

    Hi I had you add the music bluetooth option when you repaired my e60 (2004 545i) stereo and now I have a new phone and can’t figure out how to pair it. I’ve searched the menus and I recall it is in some weird place but can’t find it… sigh… please help

      2004 models did not come with bt option enabled, we enable it on ccc but you will need to enable it on tcu module as well. use email for communcation pls
