The following applies to units purchased from Bavlogic (does not apply to repair services):

We do NOT accept returns on electronic units sold but we do provide one year warranty. If your unit is damaged during shipping or (in the highly unlikely event) it is non functional we will provide repair or replacement within one year. We rebuild and fully test our units before sale thus again it’s highly unlikely it would arrive non functional. If you indeed do not want the unit we can buy it back from you within 30 days of the payment date minus programming and restocking fee which is 35% of the purchase price. Often times other shops or dealerships will misdiagnose the unit you purchase from us as broken. Thus we cannot accept other shops/dealers diagnostics until we do our own testing on the bench and we will provide video proof that our unit is indeed working.

    I have 2009 BMW 535i and the screen started fading and then flickering now it doesn’t come on at all. I paid to have it diagnosed and was told the CCC but after reading I have a CIC in my car would like to know what is the cost to have it repaired and updated with the lasted firmware?

    Thank you folks for the nice fast service. My FTM issue was solved immediately after installing the upgraded unit. I wish it wasn’t such a PITA to make the Auxiliary work, because I would have done that too. As it stands, I appreciate the prompt communications and the excellent service that you provide that is VERY competitive to BMW wanting to put a new unit in for about what the car is worth now! LOL! Anyone who is worried about using you off of Ebay needs to reconsider. HEY FOLKS! They were FAST and did a great job so why give EBAY the extra cost? I’ll really be happy if it lasts as long as I can keep the car on the road! I’m aiming for 300,000 or more!

    Are the 90C thermostats for the 2007 E65 N62 4.4L engines you sell on Ebay still using the cheap ECS/Hamburg Tech thermostat housing that are being reported as not working as advertised or are they using the BMW OEM factory housing with the 90c internals?

    I have a 2012 BMW X5 with the Lear F07 Top-Hifi Verst. amplifier. After having it to the shop I was told that it is not operational (no sound at all in the vehicle). I have removed the unit from the vehicle and would like to get it repaired.

    Can you provide a quote along with letting me know if it would need to be reprogrammed if the same unit is reinstalled.

    Hello , i have 2007 530i no sound no navi no blue tooth working screen comes on but just ob acccpet button ,, dealer says needed to replace how much to fix it and will it be have code so i can install and play music etc , How much ? etc
